Jacqui joins us from Hampton Jones, a national building consultancy, where she spent the last five years as General Manager, leading a team of approximately 60 people across multiple offices. During her six year tenure, she successfully guided the business through significant growth and transformation, strengthening operational performance, improving profitability, enhancing collaboration across teams, and building a strong, values-based culture.

Prior to Hampton Jones, Jacqui held senior leadership positions with AECOM New Zealand, Korn Ferry Hay Group, and Manukau Institute of Technology. Her career spans executive leadership, organisational strategy, commercial management, people leadership, and leadership consulting.  Originally trained as a lawyer, Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Canterbury and was admitted to the New Zealand Bar, bringing a unique combination of legal expertise, commercial acumen, and people-focused leadership. This diverse background has given her a broad perspective on what it takes to build successful and sustainable professional services organisations.
