Mees enjoys bringing people, ideas, and disciplines together to solve complex challenges.  With more than nine years' experience across landscape architecture and project management, including the past six years leading multidisciplinary projects, Mees combines technical design expertise with collaborative project leadership across residential development, property, infrastructure, and flood recovery. Drawing on his background in landscape architecture, he brings a design-led perspective to project leadership, helping clients and project teams bring clarity to complexity, connect specialist disciplines, and deliver thoughtful, practical outcomes. Outside of work, Mees enjoys exploring New Zealand, spending time on the golf course and overlanding remote parts of the South Island.
