Ming may be familiar to some of those in our property team, as he comes to us from LINZ, where he has been working as a Regulatory Specialist, responsible for analysing, deciding and advising on matters relating to the acquisition, legalisation and disposal of government property under the Public Works Act. Prior to this role, he worked as a Property Rights Analyst at LINZ where he dealt with the Land Transfer Act, covenants and subdivisions.

Ming is originally from Malaysia but has been living in New Zealand for 15 years, with the majority of his time in Christchurch. In his spare time, Ming enjoys playing badminton and gaming, and is a self proclaimed watch and aviation geek who enjoys travelling and flying different aircraft and admires the engineering and design that goes into these complex machines. 

Ming has a Bachelor of Laws and Arts from Canterbury University.
