Adam Vodanovich

Adam has over 20 years of industry experience in public infrastructure advisory and land development. His experience includes positions held in consulting and advisory, property acquisition and development management. Adam is experienced in public work land negotiations, with over $70m in transactions completed for government infrastructure projects. Adam has completed property delivery programmes for several high-profile government infrastructural projects, including acquiring critical strategic properties and managing external consultants. Adam’s strengths include negotiation, strategic overview, and a focus on delivery. Adam has held property acquisition roles with TPG, JLL and BECA acquiring subsurface rights and land interests for local and central government. He is LINZ accredited in land acquisition and compensation and holds a Bachelor of Property.
