Allison is a highly driven self-starter. She has an eye for detail and a curious mind and is adept at identifying opportunities and gaining insights. She takes pride in implementing solutions and tools that drive optimisation and efficiencies and enjoys building people’s capability.

Allison holds over 20 years of experience providing expertise across various disciplines, including talent management, HR, training, and organisational development. Before joining Align, she held various positions and management roles at Hays Specialist Recruitment (2012 to 2023), covering operations, change management, process optimisation and continuous improvement. Before this, in her time at Hays, she managed the relationship with Vodafone NZ. In this role, she handled business contracts, recruitment, executive and board liaison, development and training, surveying, graduate campaigns, suppliers, disputes, and more. Allison also worked in business, consulting and recruitment roles at Geneva Health International (2004 to 2012) in New Zealand and abroad.

Over her career, Allison has gained numerous qualifications and accreditations. These include Work 180, St Johns Mental Health First Aid, Diversity and Inclusion, Future Leaders Training, Sales and Development Training, Non-violent Crisis Intervention and Challenging Behaviour, Sales Dynamics, Management Development, Comprehensive First Aid, and a Certificate in Visual Communication Design (Massey University, 1999).

Allison volunteered at Manaaki Support Network, assisting with pastoral care, mental health and well-being, and guidance. She is also a highly skilled photographer and designer.
