Chantelle is a dedicated and driven person with a wide breadth of experience in the property and planning sectors. She is a highly organised individual who is focused on communication, relationship building and collaboration.

Chantelle began her career as a planner in 2009. Since then, she has worked in the fields of development economics, planning, and, eventually, property acquisitions and advisory. She has worked for several consultancies, Vodafone and, more recently, Auckland Transport. Her property experience includes shared pathways for cycling, busways, residential, infrastructure, roading, fibre and telecommunications and retail. She is skilled in economic analysis, property acquisitions, consenting, policy, project management, negotiation, and land development.

Chantelle holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Urban and Rural Planning from North-West University: Potchefstroom (2008). She has a sound knowledge of the Public Works Act (1981).

Chantelle enjoys the outdoors, hiking, mountain biking, jogging, baking, and travelling.
