He derives great satisfaction from the initial stages of a project, where he can delve into understanding a client’s business and requirements. He enjoys leveraging his expertise to provide value and innovative solutions that benefit both the client and its stakeholders. Graham particularly enjoys setting up new businesses and engaging in business development activities.

In his previous role as a Group Manager, Graham successfully led a team of 30 professionals in the property field. He has 30+ years of national and international property experience, including property acquisition and disposal, land acquisition, legalisation, and disposal for the Crown; project management; real estate; built asset & facilities management; property capital investment; stakeholder engagement; senior management; customer service; and business strategy & change management experience.

Graham holds a Master of Business Administration (2021) and is an REAA Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (2021).
