Grant Sextone

Grant is based in Auckland and is the Area Manager of the Auckland property team. Grant has several years of experience in acquiring land for major infrastructure projects and in the Local Government property field. He has excellent knowledge of the acquisition and disposal of land under the Public Works Act 1981, and the Local Government Act 2002

His expertise includes programme managing of large acquisition projects, assessing and forecasting acquisition budgets and negotiating complex acquisitions and business relocations. Grant is an accredited supplier for Land Information New Zealand.
