Greg Aitken
Senior Property Consultant

Greg is a very experienced property consultant, having worked in both the public and private sectors in property acquisition and planning in NZ and abroad for the past 20+ years, where his focus has been towards the planning and property aspects associated with land development and the acquisition of property for utility, and more recently renewable purposes. Greg has broad industry experience including Renewables, Telecommunications, Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Subdivision developments.
Greg has previously worked for OX2 where he helped grow and diversify their renewable energy portfolio across Australia, with the prime focus being Wind Energy, and in particular identifying and securing greenfield acquisition developments. Prior to this, Gerg was with the Rural Connectivity Group working on the Rural Broadband Imitative Phase 2 (RBI2) rollout of 450+ new Telecommunication sites across New Zealand. Greg has also worked for Spark where he was responsible for acquiring and upgrading Mobile sites, which included landowner negotiations and site selection.
Greg has a Bachelor of Resource & Environmental Planning from Massey University and in his spare time Greg likes to get out in nature and has done several of NZ’s great walks over the last 5 years, his ambition is to walk the Camino de Santiago through Spain
