Jennifer Li

Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in the property industry, with a strong background and knowledge in property acquisition, specialising in land negotiation, compulsory acquisition processes of residential and commercial properties via the PWA and other relevant local government acts, and stakeholder engagement. Jennifer’s skills include managing complex property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks and delivering fair outcomes for both public and private stakeholders.

Jennifer has previously worked for Auckland Transport, where she developed land acquisition strategies and acquired both residential and commercial properties,. Her work on the Eastern Busway project had her heavily involved in community engagement and public consultations.

Jennifer is well versed and experienced in negotiating and preparing new lease agreements, licences and easements. Her ability to clearly articulate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner has been hugely instrumental in the success of her career and the stakeholder relationships that she has developed over the years.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Property, majoring in Property Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, both from the University of Auckland. Jennifer is also fluent in reading, writing and speaking Mandarin and Cantonese, and in her spare time she enjoys travelling and Yoga.
