Jonathan Wright

Jonathan is highly respected and knowledgeable property specialist, who is known for his technical expertise and extensive experience across both government and private sectors.  Having worked in LINZ Clearances for several years, he has acquired specialist knowledge in the Public Works Act 1981, Land Act 1948, and Treaty Settlement legislation, and has contributed to regulatory standards reviews, further demonstrating his expertise in the field.

Jonathan’s prior roles have seen him lead Wellington Property Consultancy teams and manage key disposal contracts with Toitū Te Whenua (LINZ) and the Ministry of Education, with this work spanning across acquisitions, disposals, legalisation, and Crown conveyancing.

Jonathan holds a Master of Science from Otago University and Toitū Te Whenua Accreditation in all categories.

Based in the Hutt Valley, in his spare time, Jonathan can often be found running along the banks of Te Awa Kairangi, learning Japanese or with a paintbrush in hand, creating colourful pieces of art.
