Liam brings a dynamic blend of technical proficiency and a solid background in property law, having worked for the past 2 years as a Property Consultant primarily dealing in disposals of Crown property.
Liam’s experience includes the acquisition of land pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, acquisition and transfer under the Urban Development Act 2020, assessing sensitivity of land pursuant to the Overseas Investment Act 2005, and the review of various legal contracts and documents.
In addition to this, Liam has a Bachelor of Law and has 7 years Post-Qualification Experience specialising in Commercial and Property Law.
Liam’s business strengths lie in his technical prowess, particularly in report writing and interpreting legislation.
In his spare time, Liam can often be found enjoying e-sport, travelling, weight training and competitive eating.
