Luisa Rika

Luisa is a well-regarded Property Specialist who brings a wealth of expertise from her previous roles as a Property valuer and Senior Property Consultant. Luisa’s strengths include property negotiations under the Public Works Act and Local Government Acts, stakeholder engagement, market research, project coordination, data analysis and property strategies.

Luisa has previously worked as an NZTA Contract manager and closely with Local Authorities, leveraging her negotiation and analytical skills to support both local and national large-scale infrastructure projects, including the NCTIR SH1 Kaikoura Earthquake Recovery and the SH60 Cyclone Gita Repair Project which has hugely significant structure project relating to the closure of main arterial road to Takaka.

Luisa holds a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Property Management and Valuation from Massey University. She is a member of the Property Institute of New Zealand, actively contributing to the industry as Secretary for the local Top of the South Committee.

Based in rural Tasman, Luisa balances her professional career with family life, raising two teenage boys and getting outdoors in her spare time. Her proactive approach and commitment to excellence make her a valuable addition to our team.
