Nicole Piper

Nicole is a very experienced and highly regarded Property Consultant with 15 years of experience working on projects across central and local government.

Nicole has in-depth experience working on complex projects for the likes of NZTA, Auckland Council, Watercare and Auckland Transport, where she has been involved in acquisitions and disposals, easements, leasing and licencing of airspace, subsoil and surface rights, site and route selection and iwi negotiations.

Nicole is a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, exceptional time management and attention to detail, which sees her working well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Nicole is committed to making a lasting positive impact on people and communities and is a strategic thinker who sees the big picture and is dedicated to delivering favourable outcomes for all.

Nicole has a Bachelor of Business Studies, Valuation & Property Management from Massey University, and outside of work, she is kept busy raising her young family and enjoys sports, running and painting.
