Nirmal Patel

Nirmal is goal-driven, highly adaptable, and a tenacious individual who enjoys process improvement, project management, change management, and collaboration. He has a proven ability to forge productive relationships with stakeholders and team members to support achieving requirements whilst mitigating risks and issues. He is a firm believer that asking questions is the art of learning.

Nirmal has acted in project management roles as a Project Manager at System 7 Limited, where he focused on implementing Agile and risk management, and as a Schedule Co-Ordinator at Visionstream. He also has a strong customer service and retail background, where he was a Customer Service Representative at Tower Insurance Limited, a Retail and Service Manager at Fonefix, and a Retail Business Specialist at Digital Mobile.

Nirmal is a SCRUM-certified (digital badge) practitioner with practical knowledge of techniques and methodologies in the AGILE. He also holds a Bachelor of Management from Auckland University (Technology) and a Diploma in Website Development and Design (Level 5, Developers Institute). His expertise includes Jira, project scheduling, sprint planning and ceremonies, Trello, risk analysis, Notion, Miro, GitHub Kanban Board and Microsoft Project. He is currently seeking his Prince2 Certification.
