Peter Brooks

Peter is based in Wellington and has extensive experience in the property industry spanning a 50-year career.

Peter has a vast knowledge of the Public Works Act and provides valuable strategic advice regarding land acquisitions with expert knowledge of the LINZ Acquisition Processes.

He is a skilled negotiator with excellent communication skills on all social and cultural levels.

His experience has seen him in most facets of commercial property including a posting to Asia with Colliers and as a real estate advisor in global institutional real estate from an Asian perspective.

For the past 11 years, Peter returned to NZ and to Public Works advisory as a LINZ accredited supplier. He has been a senior member of the acquisitions team at Align negotiating the acquisitions of properties required for NZTA roading projects in Auckland and throughout the Central Region. His roles have also included the relocation of displaced tenants and occupiers of properties required for public works.

Peter is a LINZ accredited Property Supplier for Public Works Act 1981 and a licensed Salesperson REAA 2008.
