Rochelle Killey

Rochelle’s property background in local authority and Crown property has provided a strong understanding of property-related matters, enhanced by completing a Bachelor of Business degree in Valuation and Property Management. During her employment with Auckland Council Property Limited and Panuku Development Auckland, Rochelle negotiated land acquisitions and the compulsory land acquisition required for various council roading and park projects. She has completed 60 acquisitions for local authority public work and the Crown. At Align, Rochelle has led acquisitions for Penlink and managed the $100 million S.50 transfer of land for Mill Road and Penlink from Auckland Council to Waka Kotahi. Rochelle recently gained her LINZ accreditation in land acquisition.
