Stacey Nichols

Stacey Nichols is a highly experienced Property Consultant and the Area Manager of Align’s Auckland property team. Since joining Align in 2017 as a Property Administrator and Junior Consultant, Stacey has steadily advanced through the ranks, earning a reputation as a respected and knowledgeable leader.

With over 12 years of experience in the property industry, Stacey brings deep expertise in the Public Works Act (PWA) and the NZ Transport Agency’s compulsory acquisition processes. She is also well-versed in the preparation and review of Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) reports for the Crown, making her a trusted advisor on property matters.

Stacey’s background in education, holding a Bachelor of Education, enhances her leadership style. She is a natural mentor who leads from the front, using a variety of strategies and techniques to support and develop those around her. Her ability to communicate clearly and teach effectively makes her an invaluable asset to both her team and the clients she works with.
