Steven Lamontagne

Steve is a senior property professional with extensive experience in the fields of valuation, property acquisitions and project management of acquisition programmes. He is experienced in a broad range of Public Works Act acquisitions, managing teams, and conducting valuations. Steve’s clients value his knowledge of their business, and his solution-focused responsiveness to challenges.

Steve has extensive experience working on large infrastructure roading projects as the Acquisitions Contract Manager at WSP. Examples of his projects included the Kapiti expressway (RONS) projects, (M2PP) MacKay’s to Peka Peka and (PP20) Peka Peka to Otaki. His role included the overall responsibility for the delivery of an allocation of land acquisitions.

Steve also has experience in business and people management.
