Rex is a well known and highly regarded senior asset management and infrastructure leader, with more than 30 years’ experience across large, complex property and infrastructure portfolios and has been recognised for lifting organisational asset maturity, leading major capital programmes, implementing digital asset systems, and driving strategic improvements across transport, defence, tertiary, and local government sectors.  

Rex is highly adaptable, with experience in programme management, risk and criticality, asset planning, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement at executive and governance levels. He holds a Bachelor of Property Administration in Valuation and Property Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography.
