We are delighted to welcome Jennifer Li to our Auckland Property team as a Senior Property Consultant.
Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in the property industry, which spans across acquisitions of both residential and commercial properties and property management. Jennifer has developed land acquisition strategies and has acquired both residential and commercial properties via the PWA and other relevant local government acts. Jennifer’s career has seen her working on the Eastern Busway project and has been involved in community engagement and public consultations. She is also well versed in negotiating and preparing new lease agreements, licences and easements.
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Property, majoring in Property Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, both from The University of Auckland
